Shipping & Returns

Zones, shipping costs and estimated delivery times:

1. Peninsula Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: Free. Estimated delivery time: 24h-72h.

2. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 25. Estimated delivery time 15 days.

3. Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Poland: € 16. Estimated delivery time 7 days.

4. Greece: € 30. Estimated delivery time 4-5 days.

5. Finland, Norway and Switzerland: € 40. Estimated delivery time 7 days.

Orders over € 200: Free shipping

In all cases, the first return will be free.

(Taxes included) – For all areas, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where the final prices are exempt from tax.

Returning orders after delivery – defective products

You will have the right to return the products that have been delivered to you in case they are defective or do not comply with your order when you receive them. You can do it within 15 days after finding the defect. This will not affect your legal rights. In case your claim is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be reimbursed.

 

Exercise of your right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return the products that have been delivered to you within 15 calendar days, without having to offer any reason, as long as you keep the original packaging (box, protectors, labels …) and the product does not show signs of having been used.

* REQUIRED IN ALL CASES THAT THE SHOES ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOXES; otherwise returns will not be accepted, not even due to a product defect.

The first return will be free. From this, the rest of the returns must be sent freight prepaid for admission.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request an exchange or refund you must follow the following steps:

If you have a user account in our online store:
Access with your passwords (username and password) the panel “My account”
Click on the “Returns” tab
Select “Create return” (in the upper right corner)
Select the order you want to return from the list of orders and fill in the requested information.
Click the “Submit” button
Once we receive your return request we will contact you and proceed to send the courier company to collect the package.
