Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. From now on, when we talk about deadlines on working days, they are counted from Monday to Friday.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive it at the address indicated in 24-48 hours (for peninsula Spain) unless it is done on a holiday or weekend in which case the indicated period will begin to count from the first business day.

5. Protected payment.

Payment will be charged at the time of order confirmation, as long as you have obtained prior authorization from your bank or box. If the payment has not been authorized, your order will not be taken into account (as is the case with transfer orders).

6. Right of withdrawal.

You have fifteen (15) calendar days from delivery to the address indicated by the customer (by virtue of the provisions of articles 68 and following of the Real Decree 1/2007 –according to the wording given by Law 3 / 2014-) to inform us that you exercise this right.

To formalize the right of withdrawal, you must contact ALBA ZAPATERO, SL., at the address accounting@angelinfantes.com , by sending the completed withdrawal form that accompanies these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1 or by sending a reliable communication instead. Received said communication, ALBA ZAPATERO, SL. It will indicate the form of delivery to its facilities of the order, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it.

The first return will be free. After this, the rest of the returns must be sent freight prepaid for admission.

The refund of amounts paid will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the date in that the customer has informed of his withdrawal decision by reimbursing the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

7. Safeguard Clause.

All the clauses or ends of this contract must be interpreted independently and autonomously, the rest of the stipulations not being affected if one of them has been declared VOID by final court ruling. The contracting parties agree to replace the clause or clauses affected by another or others that preserve the effects pursued by the parties.

8. Dispute Resolution.

ALBA ZAPATERO, SL. is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in the event of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts and in the event of the client's fault or an unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract.

For any divergence caused by the breach of the conditions of sale, the two parties will expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Almansa, except as established in the consumer regulations waiving yours if it were another.

ALBA ZAPATERO, SL. is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold on its website.
